Q. What is the format of the courses?

A. All the courses are online, pre-recorded, video led content along with downloadable materials. Some of the courses have Live Online Classes as added bonus content.

Q. I missed attending Live sessions, is it available?

A. Yes, recordings of these sessions are available to watch under the chapter heading “Live Online Classes”.

Q. I have issues with my Login, what should I do?

A. You can click on Forgot Password to reset your password from the login screen. You will receive a password reset link. Now, reset the password and try to login with the new password.

Q. Will I get a GST Invoice?

A. Yes. Input credit can be availed on a monthly basis. You will have an option to enter your GSTIN during the checkout process.

Q. My money is debited but I haven't received access to the course?

A. Please share the invoice details or transaction with us at education@yourstory.com and we will provide access after looking into it.

Q. Will I be able to download the content onto my local system?

A. Most of the non-video content such as pdfs, workbooks, frameworks are downloadable once you have purchased the course. The recorded videos can be consumed on our platform and will always be available here.
